Non-Medicinal Ingredients

Recommended Purpose
- Reduces appetite by promoting a feeling of fullness.
- Helps lower the glycemic index.
- Promotes healthy blood sugar levels.
- Helps reduce elevated total and LDL cholesterol levels.
Recommended Dosage
Stir 1–2 packets into 375–500 mL of cold water or juice. Drink additional water (375–500 mL) after taking PGX®. Begin with 1 packet and gradually increase over several days as tolerated. Up to 2 packets 3 times daily may be required in some cases for optimal results or as directed by a health care practitioner. Use consistently before or with meals or with healthy snacks to obtain the desired results.
Caution
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are under 18 years of age, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any health concerns. If you are taking medication, take it one hour prior to or two hours after taking PGX®. If your goal is to achieve weight loss, or if you are diabetic or on cholesterol lowering medications, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Keep out of the reach of children. Notice: A small percentage of people may initially experience minor digestive changes when taking PGX®. Slowly work up to the full dose to give your body time to adjust. It is important to drink adequate amounts of water (250–500 mL) after taking PGX®.
