What can I expect when using PGX®?

Start slow, stick with it and you’ll be on your way to a healthier you.

Start taking at least 2.5 g of PGX® with every meal. Be sure to drink at least 250 mL (8 oz) with each dose. Your body needs time to adjust to the increased fibre so don’t get discouraged with any intestinal discomfort, this is normal as your body acclimates.
