1-2 cloves of garlic finely minced
4 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 cups of cooked chick peas (if canned, drain and rinse)
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2.5-5 g PGX Granules
Blend all ingredients in a food processor or blender until you reach a smooth consistency.
This dip is very tasty with vegetables or whole wheat crisp crackers.
