Creamy Avocado Chocolate mid-day Shake

375 ml (12 oz.) cold water

1 scoop PGX Satisfast Rich Chocolate

¼ avocado

1 tsp ground cinnamon (or a pinch to taste)

1 tbsp Cacoa powder, unsweetened

1 tsp Agave syrup to sweeten


  1. Measure out liquid into a blender cup.

  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  3. Drink an additional glass of water (375-500 ml - 12-16 oz.) after taking PGX.
