Nut Butter Chocolate Smoothie


1 tbsp smooth natural peanut butter or almond butter

125 ml 1% milk (optional, replace with water if milk is omitted)

250 ml cold water

1 ice cube

1 scoop PGX Satisfast Rich Chocolate

1/2 small banana (optional)


  1. Measure out liquid into a blender cup.

  2. Add 1 level scoop of PGX Satisfast and 1 tbsp of nut butter.

  3. Blend until smooth.

  4. Drink an additional glass of water (375-500 ml or 12-16 oz.) after taking PGX.
