5 Tips to Ensure That You Enjoy the Full Benefits of PGX

New to PGX? Discover how to achieve the best results with your PGX.

  1. Take it consistently: In order to notice results, it is important that you try to take PGX before each and every meal, whether it be in capsule or granule form.

  2. Drink LOTS of water: Be sure to drink at least 250 mL (8 oz) of water with every 2.5 gram serving of PGX.

  3. Increase PGX slowly: Start with 1 to 2 softgel capsule(s) of PGX Daily before each meal. You can increase your intake by 1 capsule per meal every 2 to 3 days. However, if you find that you are experiencing digestive upset, increase the dose at a slower rate to give your body time to adjust.

  4. Know that everyone is different: Not everyone will achieve the best results with the same amount of PGX. Some people find 2 to 3 softgels or 2.5 grams of PGX granules to be effective. However, others require the maximum dose of 6 softgels of PGX Daily or 5 grams of PGX granules in order to reduce portion size.

  5. 6 softgels or 5 grams max: Although you should continue to increase your intake of PGX until you experience a significant reduction in hunger and between-meal food cravings, do not exceed 6 softgels or 5 grams taken up to three times per day.

Join us in congratulating the winners of the PGX Health Challenge from Burlington, Ontario.

Back in the new year, we announced a PGX Health Challenge Program that was taking place in Burlingon, Ontario from January 1st to February 28th. The Challenge, which awarded points to participants for working out, taking PGX, and losing weight and body percent fat, had three great prizes up for grabs for members of the Cedar Springs Sports Racquet and Fitness Club. For every 10 points earned, a ballot was submitted for the final draw. Prizes included 3-month, 6-month and 1-year memberships to Cedar Springs.

In genreal, participants felt great post-challenge, many of whom lost weight and body percent fat, and attributed their weight loss to both PGX and working out.

Members of the PGX Team take the Sun Run by storm!

We're proud to recognize a few of our PGX teammates who participated in the 29th annual Vancouver Sun Run over the weekend. David W. and Shawinder S., as pictured to the right, are among several members of the PGX team who participated in this past Sunday's Sun Run.

For those of you who are not from Vancouver, the Sun Run is a 10K run that takes place on the streets of Vancouver's downtown core and surrounding area, that began in 1985. Learn more about the Vancouver Sun Run.

Lucky for the PGX Team, Sunday morning was sunny and warm for the run, which made for a beautful event. Way to run, guys!

What to do if you experience gas or bloating while taking PGX.

It is not uncommon for people who have recently started taking PGX to experience some side effects of gas or bloating. While these are not pleasant symptoms to experience, they are nothing to be overly concerned about as there are things you can do to alleviate them!

In order to diminish gas and bloating while taking PGX, reduce the amount of PGX you are taking. Then, once you no longer experience any gas or bloating, you can gradually increase the amount of PGX over a period of 3 to 7 days. Side effects such as these are temporary with most people and usually subside completely after a week or more of taking PGX. As an extra measure, you may also want to take probiotic supplements (friendly intestinal bacteria) to enhance the health of your gastrointestinal tract.

Reminder: It's also important to remember to drink lots of water when taking PGX!
