A Goal Without a Plan is Just a Wish
Have you set a goal for yourself for this week?
Possibly it’s to lose a few pounds or to tone up a certain area of your body. The best way to reach that goal is to create a plan. Your plan may be to exercise 15 minutes more each day to reach that goal of toning up. Or to lose those extra few pounds you might want to eliminate a certain unhealthy food from your diet.
My goal for this week is to build up my running endurance. My plan to reach this goal is to run 10 minutes longer each time I go out. Sticking to this plan I know I will easily reach my goal.
