PGX takes a look at Jennifer Aniston's favourite workout: Yogalosophy

With so many different types of yoga to choose from, why not try out the Hollywood beauty's routine? Jen Aniston credits her healthy body to friend & yoga instructor, Mandy Ingber.

Okay, I'll admit: I have a bit of a girl crush on Jennifer Aniston. I heard a story from someone (a friend of a friend but I can't even remember who anymore!) about her when she was visiting Vancouver. Apparently, while enjoying a meal at the restaurant in the Vancouver Hotel, she began to chat with the people at the table next to her and at the end of the night she took care of their bill. She sounds like a lovely person doesn't she? And what Friends fan didn't like Rachel Green?!

So many celebrities have svelte physiques, and it may comfort you to know that most of them work hard to stay in shape, including Jennifer Aniston. Yogalosophy is the yoga routine created by Mandy Ingber that combines yoga with toning and shaping exercises. And like any good yogi, she also promotes the stress relief, mental calmness and search for inner peace that comes with practising yoga. If the philosophical and spiritual aspects of yoga don't tickle your fancy, the workout will!

Sprouted-grain Breads: PGX Gets the Facts

Whole grain bread, white bread or sprouted-grain breads: which one is healthier for you?

Seemingly out of nowhere, I began to hear about sprouted-grain breads and how much healthier they are for you. Before I knew it, my family was only purchasing sprouted-grains, foregoing the whole wheat and definitely staying far away from white! I didn't really mind (the bread we buy tastes really good) but I started to wonder: what made this bread so much better? Why sprouted-grains?

Sprouted-grain breads are made from wheat kernels that are allowed to sprout before being ground up and baked. Many sprouted-grain breads are made using a variety of sprouts, including soy, barley and oat, rather than just wheat sprouts. So what does this mean for the nutritional value of sprouted-grain breads? The L.A. Times investigates and gives us some answers.

In the end though, it's really up to you what you choose to buy. My advice? Always aim for the healthiest option. I'm going to stick with the sprouted-grain breads.

Escape the gym and make exercise fun again! Oprah shares some exercise inspiring options!

To lose weight and maintain a svelte figure, you don't need to be in the gym all day, everyday!

Some of us like working out in a gym: the whirring of treadmills, the buzzing background noise of the television, the muffled sounds of music coming from your neighbour's too-loud-to-be-good-for-their-ears head phones... Whatever floats your boat!

Personally, I'm not a big fan of gyms and I avoid them as much as possible. I've gotten a punch card to do exercise classes at a community centre but that has remained tucked into my wallet quite snugly (I remain optimistic about using it before the year is out!).

So what do I do to exercise without running on the spot for half an hour? I dance! Dancing is just one of the many options that will spice up your exercise routine. But if dancing isn't your thing, Oprah has six other great ideas for you to try!

Thanks to Jamie Oliver's Food Revolution, chocolate milk is getting a makeover!

It's back to school time and that means packed lunches and cafeteria food. Chef and health food advocate Jamie Oliver is putting the pressure on school boards and here is at least one result!

You may want to think twice before chocolate and other flavoured milks become school day staples instead of treats for your kids. Did you know that there four tablespoons of extra sugar in one serving of chocolate milk?

Jamie Oliver did some math for us: if your children are drinking one glass of chocolate, strawberry or other flavoured milks everyday, they are consuming about two extra gallons of sugar each year! With this kind of sugar entering their system everyday, it's no wonder that child obesity and weight problems are on the rise.

Well good news! It looks like there is a serious effort to make some changes in the school system. This September, the chocolate milk being served in the vast majority of school districts in the USA will have 38 percent less added sugar and only 31 more calories than plain milk. They're still serving chocolate milk, but it's a step in the right direction, don't you think?

Brain freeze, hiccups and yawning: Steven and Chris get to the bottom of these body oddity mysteries.

So what is a brain freeze? What's happening when you've got the hiccups and how do you get rid of them? Why is yawning contagious? Steven and Chris talked to Dr. Kylie Bosman to get some answers about our bodies' common idiosyncrasies.

You're eating your ice cream as fast you can. Why? Because you are in a race against the heat that threatens to melt your chilly treat before you can enjoy it, and then: brain freeze! That brief brain pain that causes you to squeeze and scrunch up your face, put your hands to your head and announce: "Ahh! Brain freeze!" Your companions knowingly nod their heads in sympathy.

What about the hiccups? In my case, I eat something too dry or drink soda too quickly and I'm unwillingly (and loudly) keeping time like a metronome. Our bodies can do some pretty amazing things, but there are a few things that we've all experienced that carry an air of mystery.
