Terrific Tuna pasta Salad One 8-ounce package whole-wheat or brown-rice pasta shells One (10-ounce) package frozen peas 2 green onions (scallions), minced 2 tablespoons low-fat mayonnaise ¾ cup plain nonfat yogurt 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 clove garlic, minced Salt substitute and pepper 1 (6-ounce) can tuna water, drained Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside. In a small saucepan, cook the peas according to package directions. Drain and set aside. In a large bowl combine the green onions, mayonnaise, yogurt, mustard, garlic and salt substitute and pepper to taste. Mix lightly. Add tuna, pasta and peas and toss all the ingredients together. Cover and refrigerate until serving time.
